I do feel disappointed Ralls and even more so Adeymi aren't getting more game. Also the likes of Doyle and Healy should be getting more game time.

I think ralls should come in for gunner definitely ,we need more pace and power in midfield and up front ,you could get 3 decent players for Jones wages

Although I think Rhys Healey has been recalled.

41 is a ridiculous number, especially after thinning out the squad. The loanees are off the wages bill maybe but still, assets tied up.

Look at other clubs in and around the middle of the table.

Time to think about genuine reduction in the team. It's the only way to rebuild and think about bringing in the odd quality signing.

It's still early days for ralls mate and he's had a fair amount of games for a second year pro. He's being weaned in... Next year he'll start more games I'm sure

I think the squad we will be looking at to start next season will look like this . 23/25 players max . It will be strong enough to stay up pretty comfortably in mid table but thats about it imo

Shows how much the average joe know about their own club Not only you, but several have mentioned thining the squad. Slade have reduced it by ONE. Ole increased it by ONE. Our first team have never had 41 players, and still dont..

That's about the figure i was thinking for the likes of Chops and Hudson .
Most were on £8k - £15k - if i remember + bonus which should be the case to go up.
Sadly most of the above players have had an increase from going up and signing on - under OLE.
