I disagree, Def a Championship player

Not seen anything to make me think he is good enough at this level. I felt he should have been loaned out for the whole season and seen how he got on.

what position did he play ?

Good to see him getting game time at Barnsley but in my opinion at this stage of his career hes not good enough for our first team

Played well enough in the Prem last year considering he was 19 and had no first team experience, so no reason why he couldn't have had a run of games this year to prove himself

problem for Dec is he is a modern full back like fabio. He is designed for a modern 4231 where he is allowed to go up field and attack. Slade 1980's football requires a defend first and support function for our full backs.

In what position? Useful squad player but I've seen nothing to suggest he has the consistency to be a good fullback or winger. Need games so a load period in div 3 will do him the world of good and as 2B2H said a full season would have made a lot of sense.

Hmmm I wonder why we shipped him out, pity he didn't perform here........

He's on loan and is our player. If he does well we keep him like Ralls, if he doesn't we get rid. Simples

He played many times in the Premier League last season...you wouldn't have known he was just 19 with little first team experience.
Over all he was no worse than any other of the defenders or defensive midfielders....people look for a scape goat when we concede a goal. He was an easy target...never mind the lack of cover in front of him.

How many times have we made the left backs the scape goat of the team ?
