Only yesterday I had something in the mail asking me to renew from the club even though they been on sale for weeks on end. The sales team or whoever sorts season ticket sales out at the club are way behind the standard of communication with fans. I was looking for the stamp on the envelope that says it's been posted from Malaysia its taken that long
