Russell Slade sympathy?

Sorry I'm not buying it!
Been reading a few comments today about posters feeling sorry for Slade, because of the 'business decisions' that have been made supposedly out of his control.
Do people seriously think he came here to keep us up , but by slashing the wage bill as part of the deal?
That maybe how it's turned out now, but we should all remember he came here for footballing reasons. He inherited a good strong squad after only 11 games of the season, with another 13 league games before the January transfer window.
The squad that he inherited was MORE than good enough to reach the playoffs as a minimum. He isn't up to it, hasn't got a clue when it comes to tactics, continually sticks with certain players who are outplayed most weeks and in addition takes off our better performers more often than not.
Watford changed managers, so did Norwich, you could add Forest.
His appointment was one of the poorest decisions I can remember the club making for a long long time.
Please wake up & don't feel sorry for him.

Tend to agree, no sympathy for him at all.
Good job we had some decent players before he arrived as he rarely plays the ones he signed.
