We have been told months and months ago we are cost cutting so how does such things stop fans becomming fans and not renewing. I'd rather them fans stopped going than moan about something we knew was going on its been said 100 times we are cost cutting. The Modern football fan tells me why we only had a few thousand years ago watching us.

Well you will only have a few thousand watching with you next season.

Paying a large amount of money for no better than what's on offer in the field outside.

If that's what you like get on with it :ayatollah:

I always thought the pyramid system was there to progress and be better and bigger, letting your better players and Connolly was by far one of the best go, then you may as well let Manga go on loan to Derby and Marshall back to Norwich.

You are obviously one of those who hark on for the old days, well it's coming quickly :bluescarf:

I think it's because the club is cost cutting that fans are not renewing...in their droves Ian. :(

Connolly played well against Bournemouth & Wolves. In my opinion better option than Peltier as he is prepared to go forward more. Now he has gone we only have Gabbidon (God help us) as cover for our two centre backs. Slade you've definitely got this one wrong.

We have indeed been aware for months that cost cutting has been coming and that more will follow.

But has there been any reduction in the season ticket prices to reflect the fact that we will be watching lower league quality players managed by a lower league manager playing an unattractive style of football?

Perhaps the cost cutting extends to the fans who have decided to cut their costs of watching the drivel which has been served up this season.
