Macheda - Stick or twist

Do we stick with the lazy chump and build a team around his freakish ability to score goals whilst doing FA
or bomb him out over the summer.

He doesn't do much but scores goals wonder what he's on a week

All depends on his wage, certainly wouldn't build a team around him

Thing is any player who's not a work horse is made to look a fool in our team from the sheer lack of decent football we play. I agree that a work ethic is minimum effort but some of our most skillful players are made to look terrible because of our tactics were not playing to their strengs. Technically macheda is very good but I'm not sure he's the cart horse slade would like

He was prolific when on loan at Birmingham last season and I fear if we get rid without nurturing him then he could go elsewhere and score goals (a bit like ALF has done so far at Bolton) He's only 23, I wouldnt say build a team around him, far from it, but I would like to see him stay and see how he gets on if we can improve the squad behind him and give him a better chance of impressing.

Keep him, give him the service and he will score, same goes for ALF infact all of our strikers are useless unless given the right service and there lyes the problem NO SERVICE

It's a Stick from me and said it all along, he will get you goals. It's not work ethic you need from him as not all players work like hell, whatever level you play that's the case but what I would like is a better attitude

He's a striker and a striker's job is to score goals. So if he's a goal scorer then keep him and judge him by goals. I would rather have a 20 goal striker who doesn't do much else than someone work there nuts off and then out of position to score
