I took my 14 year old son to the game yesterday and it was a fantastic day finished brilliantly with the win. I've taken him to a few away games and normally they've been to stadiums similar to our own and where we have to sit. It 's nice for him to see how stadiums were built before the modern stadiums have taken over. He thoroughly enjoyed it and kept saying on the bus home, what a great day he'd had. When your son says that,it makes it worthwhile making the effort to take him and going on the supporters bus makes it easy to go. Hopefully we're going to Reading, unfortunately another modern stadium, but if we have another great day, here's to many more days like yesterday. :ayatollah:

Almost constant singing and chanting from the away fans yesterday, even when we went behind the backing for the team was first class.

Except for the short burst of "You're nothimg special, we lose every week" :laughing6:

I hate that song. Hardly going to lift the players.

You're right - it seems a strange one to sing when the boys are trying to get back in the game.

Reading is usually a decent trip and hopefully we'll take a few thousand up there. Let's try to top the 2000 they brought here... Although it's a Tuesday so I'm not sure how many we'll take :ayatollah:
