Often i wonder if you are serious or kidding.. Judging by you previous post match posts we are now making progress. How does Slades own players fit in to that picture? They are hardly playing games.. Who are those " better players" who left? None of them part from Alfie and Brayford played any games, and both where shit after Slade took over. Do people seriously beleive the players leaving shaved of 12 million from the wage bill? And what is this period of transition when the backbone of the team is the same underpreformers week out week in? Slade hasn't got a clue what he is doing. We will Allways have the odd game playing better, but it's hardly progression here is it?we beat some shit teams and some draws - the "period" continiue to the day this clown is gone..

I posted about Eikrem finding the Premiership and Championship too pacey and physical for him and you responded saying the Swedish league is just as good, if not better! I have answered the points you've made several times. Do a silly post and I will give you a silly answer.

Getting back to my OP, I believe without doubt, the November to January period would have been a near impossible task for any manager. It's been a mixed bag with Slade's signings so far, but he's barely been given anything to spend. Peltier and the 2 Everton lads in particular have been good signings and our performances have been improving. I think we are more than capable of getting a result today.
Although I have watched Malmo in champions league and Cardiff in the championship. Not so sure Cardiff is the better team mate Sat Mar 14, 2015 2:22 pm

If Slade is still with us next season then we won't be able to start afresh. The ways things have been we are likely to be relegated next season! Luckily, we had enough points on the board when he took over. We won't have that luxury next season!

Impossible task? That's more crazy talk and bonkers. He was gifted the biggest and most talented squad in the league. All he had to do was getting them set up and fire on all cylinders. Now we are apperantly making progress by winning a couple of games against opponents in the wrong end of the table.. It's absolutely shambles and you are doing no one any favours defending it!

Juan Cala's comments proved Tan was making the decisions about certain players not being allowed to play. Daehli and Guerra weren't utilised and Ole left us with an unfit squad full of bottlers with the wrong character. For you not to understand that is baffling and if that isn't a near impossible position for any manager to step into, I don't know what is.

No it is not. What a stupid thing to say, and to finish it with a smug smilie is embarresing. It is acknowledging that despite being in poor leagues there are actually good continental teams out there. If you don't know that you don't know much...
No doubt Tan had his say, I've said as much myself. Still you are completely missing the point. We still had top players for the idiots disposal. If setting up 4-4-2 like today, against 4-2-3-1 and having Whitts playing of Gunnar is a clever move I wish you and Slade all the best. The man is an idiot, even if making up exuses for him..

We just won 2-1 finishing the game with 9 men. I'm sure we are not making any progress though and I'm sure under Ole we would have had the bottle and character to battle back from being 1-0 down with 2 sendings off away to Brentford before Slade came in.
