Season ticket renewals and atmosphere!

A poll in the forum is stating that 59% of season ticket holders are going to renew for 2015/2016. Correct me, I may be wrong but we maybe sold 20,000 for 2014/2015. That means 11,800 will be renewing in a stadium capacity of 33,280 ! If that's the case then trying to create an atmosphere that most clubs envied in the past is simply not going to happen. Surely the club has to look at this and decide where to allow access in the stadium to ensure that maximum groups of fans who are bothering to go next season can unite and support the team. I am in 116 (The Library) and it is embarrassing listening to 2,200 (Max) away fans out singing us game after game.
