Bolton and Cardiff City are competing to sign Chelsea youngster Islam Feruz on loan.
Feruz is highly rated at Stamford Bridge but it is claimed that Chelsea’s determination to keep him could be tested.

Can we sign loan players now then? Transfer window gone hasent it and thought he went to blackpool

The Loan Transfer Window is still Open. And he's Not at Blackpool he's still at Chelsea but us and Bolton competing to sign him

Probably bullshit, we sent him back once, so unless they are saying it just so they can try and squeeze a fee or have Bolton offer to pay more of his wages
