Season ticket reminder ?

Why haven't I received, any sort of reminder for season tickets, nothing whatsoever. Usually would have received something about prices, and finance by now. They don't seem to be to worried about losing season ticket holders for next year.

I had an email early February,

Unfortunately I will not be renewing for next season and will just pick our games on pay as you go method. I feel let down by club over my last renewal price of of 550+(1 adult/child).

 Even though the price is now down to 370  for next campaign I still feel let down by the whole Cardiff experience and feel my support was taken for granted.  I wish the club all the best and would like to thank club for going back blue and changing badge which are all positive steps.
