Most successful manager? On what do you base that?
One is a great manager. The other is very average.

Most successful as he got us promoted to the PL. (Would have stayed there as well if he had stayed in charge, in my opinion)
Came to club with no structure and only 9/10 players, and we got to play offs and League Cup Final in first year. 2nd year promoted. Earned £millions for the club.
The other might be an average manager (with boring football and questionable tactics) but has still kept teams like Bolton, Blackburn and West Ham in the PL for years.
Although his transfer deals were allegedly a bit dodgy at times and I think his son was/is a football agent.
Both would be interesting to get their views on football.

Allardyce is the great manager. Malky is showing now how average he is.
Surely the man who took us to wembley and won the FA Cup is the most successful manager we have? Fred Stewart is the man.

Malky is way above average just like many on here have said had he stayed we would still be in the Premier, he left a decent team behind which got ripped to pieces by OGS and the Joker. He is now a manager of another team that has had its guts ripped out and is doing the best he can with limited resource, Best manager since Jimmy Scholar, christ those Jocks know how to manage![]()

Hmmm since when did a below average manager take a side up to the Premier League ??? Malky's teams were never full of goals, worked hard and got results and would have have kept us up given the chance, Great managers like Alex Fearguson have all brought crap players and I will give you that one bad buy but that aside he did excellent for us, you clearly don't like him so i guess you love the 2 managers who took over and all of the great players these two have brought which makes them very average unlike Malky

Spent a lot of money on average players. You can't say he would have kept us up like I can't say he would take have taken us down. Opinions only.
He had a lot of money in the championship too but didn't gallop to the title. We had no momentum going in and he bought badly. A good manager in Steve Bruce bought well for a fraction of the money Malky spent.

Didn't Holloway do it twice Blackpool and Palace, and you call him average the bottom line is you need time to build a team using what resource you have, Malky had about 9 players when he arrived and got us to a Cup Final and the Play offs the following season Champions his 3rd season he kept us out of the bottom 3 until he was sh%t on So yes he is a very good manager, end off
