Virtually unplayable against the scousers. And we let him go ????

Yes he didn't figure in mm plans so sent him to Blackburn initial loan with option to buy? And some of our knowledgeable fans didn't rate him either?

Constantly slagged on hear

Had a good first half today. The thing is with our club they always seem to let players go on the cheap or on a free! Throw millions away!

20 goals in 60 appearances apparently! :o

He constantly gave the ball away. Not good enough for Prem. However he won everything in the air and I'd take him back in a moment for the Championship.

Everyone harps on about Rudy all the time like he's f*cking Pele! KJ has scored 14 in 37 for us but nobodies interested in that, let's all bum Rudy instead.

Players flop at one club but go on and do better at another, it happens. Good luck to Rudy but he's no longer a City player.

He was shite for us.

Re: rudy

It's very frustrating thinking about how we developed him but gave him away for peanuts before we saw any returns; we mostly got below average performances from him.

Tell you what, he could do a job and a half for us now though, and for a fraction of the wages kj demands. Says a lot that we've talked about wanting to buy Rhodes for several million over the years yet Rudy has completely displaced him as Blackburns top striker.

He really was, a million miles away from the player he is now.

He was no where near as bad as people made out.

Sending him out on loan was the right decision by MM but to give them the right to buy was a bit silly in my opinion. SHould have seen how he got on given a proper run of games.

Always gave 100% had time for the fans signing autographs at half time when a sub, scored some important goals, not really given a chance and sold for peanuts, :ayatollah:

He was world class. Had 5 time European cup winners Liverpool running scared yesterday. Loads of our fans are clueless. He'll get a move to the Premier League in the summer and score 10+ easily.

I always rated rudy.

He was also sorta one of my favourites at the time. He wasn't prolific, but of a donkey (clearly management as proven by his form at Blackburn) but I always liked him. Ah well what do I know?
