Next two fixtures Brentford and Bournemouth.

Two sides who have been a revelation this season. Both clubs have young ambitious managers who have hard working teams giving 100%. From day one I was uncomfortable with our choice of manager but like most people was prepared to give him a chance. Against average teams we continue to under perform. I am not a fan of Tan and I am not full of confidence as to his future plans for the Bluebirds. The game as we know it has been ruined by money and things will never be the same. Anyway enough doom and gloom, next up Brentford. A ground I have never been to and which should be a cracking day out regardless of the result. From what I have heard, it should be a good turnout by the City faithful. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Correct.

Think about that for a minute. Think about your perception of Cardiff City over the last 10 years or so.

A solid Championship team, improving steadily over that time with two Cup Final appearances, a Play-off final, a promotion to the Premier League.

And now we face the real prospect of being battered by two teams who, let's be honest, would have been considered cannon fodder if we'd played them a few seasons ago.

Congratulations to both of them - small clubs who've progressed in the right way and deserve their success.

From our point of view however it just shows how far we've fallen in such a short time.

Your correct with how we have been perceived the last ten years, unfortunately we are In for a tough few years lie it or not. That's sometimes the way it goes

Both teams promoted both of teams basically same players so continuity is there advantaged over lots teams in champ, it happens every year team comes up! Yes we are faltering after 8 or 9 years of relatively success, but at present we are going through changes that willl mean we are going nowhere! But there are many teams in all divs who go nowhere ever? :o comparisons are potty as every club as reasons for and against why they are successful :thumbright:
