I know it all hurts but lets be honest with what's gone on , we are now getting above our station again

Plot lost between Tan and Malky. Momentum lost

Then supposed big name Solskear appt as saviour - unfortunately not enough due diligence done on solskear but Tan did support him on I suspect on other peoples advice


Please remember signing and money that Solskear spent - which ever way you look at it the players did not really shine , and Solskear tactics I feel have been the worse of the last three .

Tan realises side is shit under Solskear and going now where . Solskear quietly can handle pressure .

Tan had to start all over again but who does he trust now as Solskear and signings all come from people he has already trusted and spent lots of money even after the Malky reign.

What we have seen so far is Slade coming and having to manage on his own virtually with large load of players who quite clearly we're not prepared well at start of season plus poor poor signings on most for money spent but some Jewell's but again probably over spent again on the ones which are really good . Maybe only Manga let's be honest

Tan now goes it alone but goes cheap , as Solsskear idea burnt down in flames

Slades comes as he will do what Tans says and not spend gallons on money and clear out on instructions

back room staff inherited remember firstly all academy immediately jump up to manage a load over paid professional players .

Tan probably backs away in getting new Slades back room staff, again because of cost

Slades mission first is to get wage bill down otherwise transfer embargo re financial rules plus remember Tan no matter what you think about him is still keeping club a float and pumping money in

Slades is yes having to find system but having to still clear crappy players out , if we are honest apart from maybe Dealli others that have gone I don't find any remorse who we have lost

Where are now in the re organisation period

Remember from transfers Medel 12 mil to Malone 70k

I don't believe some of recent signings have been all slade chioce I.e Doyle everton duo , a number of people will be involved and have relate to a very tight budget on Tans close control because past fk ups

But on the whole players brought in recently are at that level of money spent , not the over paid like Solskear

Whether Slade is going to get us ther again I don't know but the ship is steading and we r moving forward certainly since Trollope has come in background to support him . Remember what Slades has had to do since he arrived

But remember Slades budget will be a pinch of Others previously .

Blue is back because it's better to sell happy ship than one in total disarray .

Hi Skippy - good post - but as you are a new poster I would suggest, for future reference, that the heading on your posts is important - I didn't bother to look at your post originally as, the old fogey that I am, the use of r instead of 'are' put me off straight away - and I thought your post would be ineligible. Don't get me wrong - this is just a suggestion ( as many posters on here can't even spell those difficult words like 'their' and 'lose' ! lol ). Not meant to be any form of critisism - just trying to help to generate the responses your post deserved.

What's important for now, it seems there are wave of personal who are delusional to where Cardiff city are at present.

Tan will not pump the money in like he did .
