Calas de Mallorca

Hey all, been to Mallorca a few times but usually go to alcudia or cala d'or, just booked 10 nights in Calas de Mallorca just wondering if anyone else has been and if so what the resort/area is like??

I've been there but in 1998 so it has probably changed a bit since then. I liked it, a couple of nice beaches, smallish resort by comparison to many others on the island. We hired a car for 8 days out of the 2 weeks that we spent there so we got around the island a lot and saw lots of great places. Two weeks just in Calas de Mallorca might have been a bit boring but that very much depends on the individual. Ten days of hot sun and cold beer....have a great time.

Was out there 2 years ago September. Place was fine, 2 good beaches (we preferred the one on your right if your looking out to sea) about 10 mins walk. Didn't go out of the complex in the night as we were all inclusive. The transfer was a f*cking nightmare though !!! Landed at night so couldn't see where we were going and it took 2 and a half hours which was longer than the flight ffs. Transfer back wasn't so bad, not so many pick ups and it was daylight so we could have a nose out the window. If the transfer wasn't so long we would have gone back. Hey ho have fun ! F.T.J. !!!
