Your probably right, although it will be a big and brave call from Slade to change a winning side with our recent form.

A similar hair cut though, or your on your way to having the same one.

Whitts should be on the bench. The old adage don't change a winning side.

This should give Slade a headache he apparently said about Ralls, which it wont be that bad of a headache for him that he will play Whitts on Saturday no doubt about it which will mean Slade is afraid or not brave enough as manager to drop him!

Slade had a "get out of jail free" card given to him last night. Lets hope he has the sense to play it again...again...and again, until the end of the season at least! The gods were with him last night in the shape of a "gift" bestowed upon him by a referee. I dont think he has the gumption to see what possibilities this now allows him but, I supppose I live in hope!

He won't, Whitts and nooney must be big earners so if the plan is to get the old established boys out they must be shown that they are dropable and their futures may lay elsewhere.
Interesting to see what he does...I guess the only change will be marshall

Ian, 100% I would have Ralls over Whittingham

Although I agree there is a lot to be said for keeping a winning side...we need to be planning for next year ASAP...Ralls, Adayemi, Doyle, Kennedy, Harris, John and Sullivan need to be given as much game time as possible.
Not just 5-10 minutes off the bench, but full games..I know it's a balancing act we still need to win games, but Slade needs to start planning for next season now

Have to agree.

I hope the team from Tuesday is given a chance to start as a reward and incentive to any of our fringe or younger players to fight for a place. Until we're mathematically safe it would be a bit risky throwing in some of the development boys but at the same time they couldn't do a lot worse than some of the performances of our established players. Saturdays team sheet will be intriguing.

I would have dropped Whittingham about 5 months ago.
I don't blame him, he has put in so many average performances this year and he still gets picked.
He is a substitute now I'm afraid.
