I think it's the way forward.
Sell Marshall and use Moore
Manga replaced
Turner placed
Morrisons replaced
Whitts gone etc
We can still recoup a fair few millions and a new manager with a few million can make a squad capable of midtable and maybe pushing on.

Some of us have said promote the youth and scrap the deadwood for months. The youth are hungry, want to prove themselves and get big moves as they have years ahead of them. Lallana, Shaw etc. all were chomping at the bit to go up and they have been rewarded with big money moves and lucrative contracts. Now, of course that isn't going to happen with all youth prospects but you need to galvanise that mentality and get the best from it.
