Who's in charge?

Repeatedly on Saturday Trollope and Margetson were in discussions and then giving directions to the pitch and players. On each occasion Slade was ignored. Occasionally Young would go and speak to Slade but no cohesion amongst the coaching staff. Posts elsewhere on this board on the future give credence to the suggestion that Slade is a dead man walking; Young bypassed and the future is Trollope with Margetson.
