Non voting is as good as voting for the party that wins which will probably be Labour. Unfortunately, this is the case with FPTP in the UK due to the people that will vote blindly due to being brainwashed for years.

I'll post it in but the idea is that it tells them I don't trust any of them enough to vote for them. However I am still using my democratic right to vote.

In reality, your vote is recorded but it is just treated as a spoiled vote.
None of the tellers will take any notice of what you have written nor will know who you are.
Unless of course you write your name on the ballot paper.
