When taking a penalty, you can not try to fool the keeper by stopping during your run up etc. the kick must be taken with one run up and one kick.
also football league clubs must have 10 homegrown players in a maximum squad size of 25 players

And accounts have to be filed on time or a transfer embargo is put in place.

This may well mean that even if the tax bill is paid, the club will still not be able to sign anyone as I think the accounts have still not been filed at Companies House although I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

must be in british league for 3 years and aged over 21 to qualify as homegrown
