Ole's total guesswork in the recruitment department symbolised perfectly with Morrison. He wanted to play a passing game but recruited a player who is probably worse than the academy U11's and let Hudson leave.

He has played quite well recently and offers a threat from set pieces however he had a shocker yesterday. Every pass he tried in the first half went to the opposition and then he had the shocker of passing back to Marshall without looking and Wolves should have doubled their lead. Although Morrison wins defensive headers he just hits it anywhere regardless of how much time he has got. He rarely hits it to one of our players and usually doesn't even give them a chance to compete for itbecsuse he either heads it as far as possible back to their defence or directly to one of their players. Absolute shite. We also use him as the out ball 9 times out of 10 when we play it out of the back and he's clueless at that too.

Put thiose two things together and it is abig contributor to why our possession stats are so crap.


Oh yes, and for his size, frequently out muscled. Get him out, Connolly is a better centre back than Morrison.

He was definitely poor on Saturday Ian, but I was at Wigan last Tuesday night and he had a very good game, with the partnership alongside Manga appearing to gel quite nicely!

Agreed Keith The more they play together the better its getting, although when turners back you know what slades like he will have him back in to hoof it I bet

He had a nightmare against Wolves. One of the worst displays from a centre half I have seen. Nothing went right for him. Looked a liability.
