Peltier left back, strange one by slade.

I can not for the life of me understand playing Peltier left back and Connolly right back. Yet Connolly has played left back most games when he's come in , Peltier had to cut in on his right foot every time you could see he wasn't suited to it after five minutes, it just didn't work today. What happened to ralls at left back yet 24 hours ago Peltier was 50/50 to make the game at least play him right back where he's always played. Bizarre by slade.

Played better again today wolves got the goal against the run of play imo as Connolly come across to slide tackle and got skinned which left Sako free to smash home who he left to slide in.

As for the ref well I've seen it all with there right back getting warned twice after a yellow card. Wolves took the man off but he should have been sent off.
The opposite happened to Whitts booked then sent off inconsistent ref be fucked.

That's my point Peltier has done well at right back since he's been here yet moved over to the left. Why not John or ralls left back and Peltier right.

Peltier gets forward much more at right back so with connolly at left back we had neither going forward really, peltier imo was wasted at left back today id have brough in ralls or john and played pelts at rb

It's because Declan is absolutely useless as a full back. He is a winger and we are ruining him by pretending he is a defender. Ralls is a better fit at full back than John but it doesn't surprise me that Slade went for the more experienced Peltier who can play all across the back line which also allowed him to keep the experienced Connolly on the other side.

Connolly is a right back or centre back. When on the rare occasion he's played LB he has been f*cking awful. That's probably why he played Peltier at LB

Totally agree far to many games are lost by having players out of position, Le Fondre classic example.
