My daughter has a season ticket (junior) in the family end where she normally sits with my brother and his son. They can't go today, will they allow me to change her ticket to the ninian stand so we can sit together... Phoned the ticket office and it just rings and rings and rings and rings.....

If I was you I'd go down a bit earlier and speak to them face to face , I shouldn't imagine it would be a problem.

Staff cutbacks?? 
Where is common sense on matchdays? surely they would bring in more people?
Same in my local bank yesterday - Friday, last working day of the month, 1 person on Till, Queue of 10 - 15 people all moaning ? Surely they could have predicted busy time?
