I was told recently by the ticket office that I couldn't, even though my disabled, pensioner parents were coming from North Wales. I had this confirmed by two other stadium officials. Apparently it's first come first served, even for disabled fans, unless they have a season parking ticket.
I'm sure you're thinking that this is a ludicrous move by the club and I'd agree with you. In theory it would make it impossible for a disabled person to turn up on spec, especially for a heavily attended match.
In the end a lovely lady who is the Parking Manager told me she would personally cone off a space for me and that I should ask for her by name once I got there. Unfortunately I can't remember her name but she is the Parking Chief Supervisor so I suggest asking for her at the main car park entrance.
True to form she had done what she said and by way of a thank you I even went across to Asda and bought her a couple of bottles of wine.
I'd do this in advance if I was you, which is what I did.
Believe it or not my query was for the Cup game when only about 4000 fans actually attended. Very shoddy approach and possibly even against the law.

Just go to the main car park entrance where they check season passes as cars come in and ask for the lady who heads the parking team. She will defo help out.
I just feel a bit of a dipstick because I can't remember her name.
