When will the board tell tan Slade needs to go ?

Fan power arguably changed us back to blue, when Ffs will they report back that we are 17th, playing shite with an oversiz d vern troy delivering f**k all expectation other than a relegation battle. We have accepted this dross every week at home as we know no different this season. We are Cardiff city and this is not good enough. f**k of slade, your destroying my sanity, my club, and love of football.

I agree uncle fester needs to go or he will f**k our season up again next season

What I heard was that he was given to the end of February to show improvement
I think these next two matches against Wigan and Wolves could be the key
Two defeats could result in him going
However it has to be said that there has been an improvement in the last 2 matches so we will have to wait and see
My own personal view is that the whole coaching staff including the manager needs to be changed
If we are looking to get back to the premier again then we need either a young dynamic manager or an experienced manager who knows the championship and premier league to get us back there
We don't have enough quality in the coaching staff at the moment and we need a football philosophy starting from the youth right the way to the first team where all the players and coaches sing from the same sheet
We need more youngsters being produced and all knowing the way we play so that if they are brought into the team they already know what is expected
I will always give 100 per cent support to the team no matter what but we still need to sort out the club regards the coaching etc
Supporting the bluebirds has never been straight forward but I always live in hope but at least I saw 1 season of premiership football
Don't forget that the majority of fans in this country it is and always will be just a dream
