Sean Dyche

Just like Slade Remember that he didn't pull up any trees with Burnley in his first season. ;)

In SD's first season, ( our promotion season), Burnley finished on 61 points. If RS could achieve the same with us it would be little short of a miracle, IMO anyway. Unless we start winning games, beginning with Wigan on Tuesday, then we don't stand a chance!

I remember that nearly the end of that season that Burnley were not safe from the bottom 3 just like us i agree with you we do need to start winning games and this unbeaten run even though are draws could a turning point. :thumbright: :ayatollah:

It's one thing being positive, & another being factual & objective. On the evidence of the last 23 games, we are going to struggle with the remaining 14 games we have left. RS may claim that we have turned the corner, & are improving, but any improvements appear to be too little, & too late. I'm not convinced at all.

This , Slade is just saying stuff like that("we are making progress") to try and save his job , I would like him to turn it around but I haven't seen any evidence that Slade has the ability to manage a team at this level

I'm hoping that this unbeaten run is a turning point if we lose on Tuesday then blimey Tan ain't going like that and him saying "making progress" will count for nothing and lose to wolves as an other poster has said he will be sacked.

What budget did Dyche have?

Sean Dyche spent barely anything and isn't an outdated tactical dinosaur

Would you put £5000 of your own money to say that Slade will do it next season ?

Slade now has the summer to build the squad how he wants (give or take what Tan says), therefor I shall back him and make a bold bold and very bold prediction we'll make the play offs. :ayatollah:
