My line up next week

Sun Feb 22, 2015 3:49 pm

This should be our line up when all Fit IMO

GK- Marshall

RB- peltier
CB- manga
CB- Morrison
LB- Fabio

LM- mcaleny
CM- O keefe
CM- adeymi
RM- Kennedy

ST- Doyle
ST- jones

That is the future team obviously kenwyne leaves end of season so mason for me then

No more nostalgia over whittingham, gunnarson and noone good players for us once now need to be dropped for a while these younger kids need games and will be hungry to prove themselves

Perfect line up if playing 4-4-2 for me o keefe pulling strings and adeymi working hard should compliment the midfield better

What have you seen in O'keefe and Adeyemi that I haven't ?

I do get the anyone but Gunnar,Whitts & Noone philosophy, but why those over Ralls or O'Sullivan ?

Adeymi is a good player proven it with brum just needs games barely played since start of season

O keefe looks a tidy player decent on the ball we need a player that pulls the strings and feeds the forwards looks that player to me again needs games

You do realise that Fabio can't defend to save his life? :)

Is Malone any better??

I do like the idea of Whitts & Adeyemi and have all season. Whitts is a sitting player nowadays keeping continuity, he needs legs with him and Adeyemi give us that power, and would be prepared to run into the box.

I have not seen either O'Keefe or Ademyemi do anything other than trying to stop the opposition. I can't recall a decent pass. My fear it would exaggerate our kick and rush.

Not sure if McAleny is a 442 conway type winger. He looks more like a 433 forward like Bellers.

I agree with most of that line up but I would have Harris playing instead of McAleny. We have not had two pacey, direct and dangerous wingers on both flanks for years and even though I rate McAleny, I feel that especially for the Wigan game that Harris should be given the chance to show Malky exactly what he can do. Also, whichever out of Harris and Kennedy, is playing against Andrew Taylor that either of them will rip him to shreds. Harris and Kennedy can swap and change all game and Taylor wouldn't know where the hell he was. Whoever plays against Taylor, they must have pace as we know Taylor is not that fast at all and that is the reason why I feel Harris should be in the starting eleven against Wigan. I really do like the look of that side and I do feel that we would score a lot more goals from open play and we would be brilliant on the counter attack.

Bloooooobirds.

By a long way and Declan John is also a better defender IMO!

My line up (which will not likely happen as I would not play 4-4-2)

------------Marshall
Peltier--Manga--Morrison--Fabio
--------------O'Keefe
-------Adeyemi---Whitts

Kennedy----Jones----McAleny
