Slade is not good enough- but we need stability

Not sure what we should do......

IMO- Slade doesn't get the top level, the game has moved on. The championship is like the old division one. Nowadays the premier league is a European all comers super league. Many of the tactics and innovations from the premier league ebb down into the championship at the top end and Slade hasn't got a clue and wants to go back to the steak & chip before a game with a few beers midweek era.

But, sacking him would increase the instability. Hiring a head coach 20 games after he started is concerning.

Many of our players will still be in contract next season, so the advantage Malky had won't be there.

He needs to stay to the end of the season, but we must act quickly then..........
