All ifs and buts, we may win the next 2

if it was any other football club Slade would of been sacked by now but this is Cardiff City and he is Tans appointment so he will give him alot more time than he did with the other managers who got the boot. He will sack him eventually(assuming results don't improve ) but I would be surprised if he sacked Slade after the Wolves game.
Personally with Mark Warburton leaving Brentford I would take a chance on him , he has worked with a limited budget and he's not a big name so I think he would be a cheap but very good option for us

As he's only just brought in a group of players he feels fits his team and work ethic, a group of players who have made a difference IMO, don't you feel that he deserves a bit longer?

Warburton did win promotion to the Championship, Slade didn't , Warburton is challenging for the playoffs Slade isn't.(I'm not saying I want Warburton , I'm just saying as the club seem to want to go down the cheap management option then I think Warburton is a better fit).
No I don't think Slade should be given more time , with group of players he has we should be doing alot better than we are , we have not played well under Slade (apart from Blackburn game where we were better but we still didn't create enough chances). Fair enough, but I still don't believe that Warburton's record is that much better than Slade's, as Slade was a whisper away from earning promotion to the Championship as well!

Personally, as Slade has had to massively prune his playing squad and only just put together a group of players in the January transfer window, who I feel are performing far better than the majority of players he allowed to leave, then he deserves the chance to see if he can complete the turnaround of fortunes, at least until the end of the season!
