whats the difference slade & dave jones

Both played 442 but some of my best memories were with Dave Jones teams playing some exciting attacking football ,why is it different with slade? is it The players ,tactic s ?

DJ on the whole had much better players, & an even better coaching set up. DJ also had a track record in the Championship before he joined us.

Dave's teams played good football & were successful, considering the budgets he had to work with. Some enjoyable and memorable seasons under DJ, even if they normally ended in heartbreak.

Dave Jones is the only realistic managerial option I would want back over Slade.

DJ destroyed young players. He publicly humiliated Adam Matthews after an away defeat at Watford and should've played Rambo in the FA Cup Final. We don't need nostalgia and we don't need him back. Much rather Jimmy Floyd, who's doing a great job at Burton.

Burton Albion are a club I follow up here. When Cardiff are not playing and they are at home I will go down and watch them.

The talk around Burton is that Jimmy will be off this summer if he gets them promoted.

The players just dont seem to move the ball around quick enough unlike Dave Jones side

Dave Jones had the right experience, he was an overall much better manager in my opinion.

You could say that Dave Jones under achieved more than Slade. I have taken the play off final team

if Dave Jones had the money malky and ole had we would be a great team but at the time it was the right for him to leave but is it the right time for him to come back as director of football with spade gone and trollope as coach ?
