Fairplay to them for this banner. All this Sky money getting syphoned out of clubs, or spent on £350k a week wages, best league in the world, Premier Greed

It's the most competitive in the world but yep full of greed, wages should be capped throughout Europe

Fair play to them

The only real fightback here is to boycott the game.
Without the fans attending there would not be the appeal.

Crystal Palaces new brand of ultra fan is a huge part of what is wrong with modern football. Despise the holmsdale ultras

What they're protesting against is right, but I just can't stand them!

Can you explain what this means? I've no idea, all I know is they seem to make a lot of noise and atmosphere at their home games.

For.me.they have some of the best supporters around. They were great last season down our place unlike most fans who take the piss on the rebrand. More fans need to do what palace are doing. Prices should be capped at 25 quid per game. Kids 10

Thats what I was thinking. I don't like palace as much as the next person but I can't see how fans turning up and singing there hearts out every week has anything to do with modern footbal. so many stadiums are soulless nowadays because of fairweather customers turning up and sitting in silence that's what's wrong with modern football. Some people are so blinkered

its business subject to market forces.
capping wages at an arbitrary figure is unfair on the top players who are the reason we watch football in the first place. i find it much more offensive that you get average players on £80k a week plus. the only way to reduce wages would be to reduce the amount of TV money clubs get given. but the reason the TV deal is so high is because so many people subscribe to SKY. why do they subscribe? because of the world class players bought by the clubs because the clubs get given the overwhelming majority of the TV cash. take it away and the league could suffer financially. you will never get turkeys voting for christmas.
clubs pay what they think players are worth, same as in any other industry. film stars earn huge amounts, yet people don't tend to complain about that.

Yet there at the ground moaning about match days prices, us football fans are proper wallys, its like me eating at a indian restaurant then telling the owner it was a rip off for the food i got only to turn up next week

I used to feel superior to that ultra nonsense but now I'd much prefer to have that at City than the current NOTHING
