Ring the ticket office I would. I've no idea as I just pay for mine there and then but I know a lot of people use this method which helps them a lot yet the club don't seem to be keeping them informed of who is dealing with it or how to set it up. A few I know asked me this yesterday.
The last few seasons it was emailed I think.

They are changing providers I've been told so may be delay in finalising things

But you would like to think the club would sort this out before the start of selling new season tickets which maybe the reason why sales are currently at a low, then again its Cardiff city we are on about so maybe not

I rang this morning and they are sending packs out next week,they are just waiting for finance application forms to come in
