Whitts

For god know's how long I've been calling for him to be dropped but last night I thought we seen a little bit of the old Whitts and my reason for that was how Kennedy was always making himself available when Whitts was on the ball he was looking for little pockets of space in and around their midfield and I thought Whitts responded by finding him on a regular basis.

Another big plus for me last night was every player wanted the ball nobody was hiding like the past few months, the down side for me was Noone he constantly lost the ball is head was down and just runs into tackles and that goal what the hell was he doing.

Spot on with your view on Whitts last night, helped that Blackburn played 4-4-2 as well so we wasn't over run. He seemed to get stuck in more last night

Think 442 helped for definite giving whitts and gunnar chance 2 on 2 instead of usual 3 against 2. But off ball runs definitely helped

Doyle giving him options by pulling players all over the place helped him....One of two passes to malone (best game for us) were sublime.
