where are the fans gone ? Fickle fans Cardiff have got including some people I know ,they only go down when we are doing well ,we will never be a massive club

I don't know why everyone moans about it personnally. Yes people should turn up and support the club, but not all fans think like that.

At the end of the day people will spend the time and money attending games if they think it is worth it. Barring last nights peformance the majority of home games have been well under parr and not worth turning up to.

I actually enjoyed last nights game due to the improved performance by the players and fans, so for me less was better.

Also that picture looks well before kick off as there were more fans than that there.

That photo is shocking!!!!!

Not even the players turned up!!!!!!

ha ha. Typical scaremongering.

The only supporters that were missing last night were the Boobirds, and I for one did not miss them.

Let's face it. We will never fill the stadium again. Crowds of 20.000 plus will become a distant memory.

it just goes to show that what drives crowds are results and good football, not the club being in its true colours.

didnt you say crowds would be 20k+ if we returned to blue?

Is it really that shocking??? A friend of mine went down over christams for the Watford game and paid £35 for a match day ticket on the day!!!! If I did not have a season ticket there would be no way in this world I would pay £35 to watch some of the football that has been served up at the CCS this season.

When we first entered this division we were averging around 10,000 or so, all thats happening is we are heading back towards those same numbers. The glory boys have enjoyed our good years and are now choosing to spend their time and money elsewhere.

We are not this sleeping giant that some fans talk about, we have a large catchment area for to get fans in but these "fans" want and will only come out for top flight football.

Yeah, I recall quite a few on here saying this. A bit like Branson promising "the biggest street party that Cardiff has ever seen. Well, Sian, I am still waiting.

In fairness to Annis, I cannot recall him saying this either. But I do know that there were others who did.

It was just a few getting over excited.
Nothing wrong with that.
Most of us who've been around for years knew it would only be a temporary boost.
Just glad it's all history now.
It felt last night that the majority there were 100% behind the team and that made a nice change.

That photo gives a complete false impression of the crowd. I don't think I've ever been in my seat in the new ground 10 mins before kick off.
