With Mark Warburton's position at Brentford currently uncertain I truly believe we should move heaven and earth to get him here now! This article shows just what an incredible guy he is, and one of the top thinkers in the game.

You just know the team would play for him and give everything to win their games.

Warburton is to leave Brentford at the end of season. I appreciate they are changing their management/recruitment structure and strategy but it seems a bizarre decision considering how well they have done since they were promoted.

Just confirmed on Sky Sports, Warburton to leave at the end of the season. We need to get our ass in to gear and line him up now.

He's worked miracles on peanuts and has overseen a football philosophy through all of the age groups, revolutionized the scouting system and brought the community together. All this and after just 11 years in the game, with no previous professional experience. He is just what we need and won't break the bank.

Sadly true but this could be Tan's dream manager, low salary, able to spot a bargain, promotes youth, plays great football! Someone needs to have a word!
