mark Hudson will make a great manager in time
as well, could and probably would have played and been
a quality assistant to ole,,or Slade no brainer, the club need a leader off the pitch as well cause it's run by amateurs.trollope is a good appointment well respected

I was told days after, that Mark Hudson was sold by VT without the knowledge of OGS! Not Hudson's biggest fan, he'd be better than Morrison in organising the back 4!

I heard this too as Tan reckoned Hudson was part of the textgate with Malky. No idea how true it is but it would make sense as to why the club captain was sold at short notice.

Hudson next to Manga would be excellent

I'd take him back immediately and also recall Superkev while at it. In fact, I'd take all the MM era players back in a heartbeat as it was a polar-opposite to the utter gash that we are having to endure at the moment.

Manga,Hudson and kev McNaughton at the back would be quality
terrible decision to get rid of him, morrisons not close

Can you imagine us being managed by Bellamy and Hudson. Those two have enough passion and pride

for the whole team.

very short memories on this thread.
i was shot down when i thought he could have a role to play this season back in august. most couldn't wait to see the back of him, well if the people at the club shared the attitude of the vast majority on here then we got what we deserved

Endless amounts of respect for Hudson after the way he turned things around. Even his biggest supporters will admit he was a calamity in his first season but second season he really excelled and only injury stopped him from continuing to be a regular in the first team. I'm gutted we sold him but one season on I'm not sure I'd take him back in a playing role. Agree with a previous poster that he'll make a cracking manager or coach one day.

Still think its was right to get rid of him, just the replacement in Morrison was not up to it.
