Yes We did in my opinion have one of the best squads in the Championship this season, but as far as I can see it's the managers(Ole & Slade) that we have had managing these players that fail to get the best out of them.
Yes they brought talent in,but did not know how to manage them.
Ive just chosen 3 players that I always said we should never have virtually given away.
Le Fondre proven goal scorer at Reading we sign him, cant score, everyone thinks he's crap, goes to struggling Bolton, plays 2 games, scores 2.
Guerra always scored in La Liga(Spain),rated in one of the Top League in Europe and they could not wait to get him back.
Matt Daehli, rated highly before he came here, Norwegian International, now playing in Germany, getting man of the match reviews.
Today City drop to 17th place after not playing today. Gap to 22nd still 6 points after Millwall lose at Leeds. It’s Leeds that go above us.

Spot on all 3 are quality players, playing for sh*t managers with no tactics and that is just 3 of players the list is endless with the rest of our of team playing with no or little confidence

Lots of people claiming Ole was crap but I don't agree. He went to early and after just 2 consequetive defeats.
He was making top to bottom changes in the way our Club was run and particularly in the style of our play.
I'd put his potential in the same bracket as Rogers, Laudrup and Martinez. Swansea stuck with them and they managed to stabilise in the Premier League playing the style of football most of us would give our right arms for at the moment.

We may as well have kept Ole now, as were def No better at all.

Ole was awful! And Swans stuck with those managers because they all had a clear game plan that quickly led to success! All of those managers made the play offs, won promotion, or won a trophy in their first season in charge! Ole took us down! And he did it in spectacular fashion, chopping and changing formations and personnel and leading us to some very heavy home defeats. There was absolutely nothing to suggest we were going to improve under him. There wasn't one great performance, even in pre-season, which suggested he had anything more to offer. And unbelievably, Slade is even worse!

They was either on high wages or sold for a fee hence the cost cutting. We have to get 12million back this season somehow its already been stated yet fans think it a all slades call who stays and goes

If we replace Slade and we stay in this division, I think next season would look a hell of a lot brighter. Two of the reasons for this would be the returns of Guerra and Le Fondre from their loan spells. I genuinely think that if we have a good manager in charge, who would play Gurrra and Le Fondre up front alongside each other, that they would both score goals for fun in this division.

You could argue that we were down before Ole had time to apply any strategy. I think it was only 7/8 games into this season when he left and his record in the Championship before that wasn't too bad.
Most of the quality players we're all arguing should not have been let go were Ole's signings.
He had the knowledge gathered from his days at Man U where Alex Fergusun even recognised that he'd make a good manager one day. He had a disastrous start at Mode before turning them into a great footballing side.
Slade will never do that with us, especially not now we've got rid of loads of potential and bought in lower league performers.

In fact I also think that Eoin Doyle and Guerra would be an excellent strike partnership and they too would score a load of goals. During the summer I think that whoever is in charge, will have to make a decision on, who stays at the club between Kenwyne and Guerra, as they can't both stay as they are on too much money. Personally, even though Kenwyne has scored goals for us this season, I would take Guerra over him every day of the week as Guerra gives you more than just goals and Kenwyne is lazy and not much of a team player. But,Tan is going to see what Kenwyne has done for us this season and probably plump for Kenwyne over Guerra. Which would be a big mistake in my opinion. Would love for us to get a decent fee from selling Kenwyne on and then a returning Javi Guerra, given a brand new contract on reduced terms, with which he is happy to sign. Due to our new manager guaranteeing him a starting place every week as well as giving him the number 9 shirt.

I think its quite a hostile unsupportive place to play your football.
we haven't exactly made our new players feel welcome
and we don't get behind the team, its one of the worst grounds ive witnessed ccs in its current decline

Le Fondre just didn't work out, he had enough chances, just one of those things .......
The other two are a real shame, Deahli just a bit lightweight, hit given time should come good, Guerra we all know apwhat happened there. But more than good enough on talent alone.

Wrote exactly the same yesterday out fans have had things so good for many years that we moan about everything instead of doing what we did 15 years ago and go rain or shine good football or shit football and support the manager and team
Football management is no different to any other business
I started in a new store almost a year ago and I'm still in transition due to the shit I got left with I'm getting there but it's taking time
Football is the same I'm not suing slade will Ever get it right but he's had to come in to some serious shit and should be afforded the opportunity to make things right
Another transfer window his own staff and I will judge properly next season
That judgement will be based on who else he brings in and what they cost cos if it's another cut and shut job then to assume promotion next season would also be unfair consolidation will be his rent again next season while tan starts balancing the books for FFP and reducing his debt slowly so to judge slade on anything else would be unfair
