I was speaking to the Irish press this week and one of the reporters is good friends with Doyle.
He told me you will get passion, enthusiasm, drive, hard work and he will always give 100%. That Doyle is a genuine lad and sincere.
I was also told that Cardiff were actually the only club to put a bid on the table to Chesterfield and with Chesterfield being a poor club they had no other choice to accept it.
Doyle was over whelmed to come to such a big club like Cardiff and thought he might have to wait weeks to start. So when he started at Sheff Wed away for Cardiff it meant a lot to him, so when he was substituted by Slade there was no hard feelings as he was just chuffed to have started.
The Fee will only go up if we get promoted, whilst Doyle is playing for us or Doyle scores so many goals.

Doyle makes a start for Cardiff

Eoin Doyle
The 26-year-old signed for the Welsh side on Transfer Deadline Day.
The former Sligo Rovers striker had scored 25 goals for League one side Chesterfield this season.
He put pen to paper on a two-and-a-half-year deal with Championship side Cardiff.
As the deadline loomed, it was a hectic day for Doyle, with interest from West Brom, Celtic, Sheffield United and Preston North End.
The former Hibs player thanked Chesterfield and everyone involved, saying it will be forever in his heart. He added: Over the moon to have signed for Cardiff City." He started for Russell Slade's side and lasted 65 minutes before being substituted.
