For those who have never been arrested for a football related offence before it's critical you employ a solicitor who has experience with these sorts of cases.
When it comes to football you are guilty until proven innocent, also sentenceing is a lot tougher as well e.g. Section 4 carries a 6 month jail term with football related, where as outside of football could be as little as a caution or on the spot fine. There are many extra laws that apply to football related crimes which do not apply to normal public Law, and you also have fewer rights.
The attached email is for Amanda Jacks who is the police and stewarding rep for the FSF, and has a network of briefs and barrister's who can assist with your case whether you are clearly guilty by reducing the sentence, or you are not guilty where the FSF may assist on a case by case basis by funding the legal fees.
They will also look at old cases as well if you send them the paperwork.
