agreed Wez, highlight of the season was Bradford beating Chelsea so hope they don't snuff out clubs in L1 & 2 also

The gap won't widen that much

A player who demands £3 million a season will demand £4million - He will be the same player, but loose the hunger quicker and retire earlier......

Middlesbrough, Sheffield Wednesday, Nottingham Forest and Wolverhampton Wanderers, its vital to get back into the PL otherwise they will be left behind in the Championship to scratch around each season with the odd good cup run, the PL clubs will get stronger and stronger in each of the regions they come from and the Championship clubs will get weaker and weaker and loose support to their big PL neighbour's around their regions

This starts in 2016-17, so if Cardiff City want a piece of the pie they need to pull their finger out of their arse and get a plan in place.

actions: a) replace RS asap b) Warnock or A.N.Other for 3 months with big bonus c) appoint long term proven manager in summer

actions a) neutralise supporter discontent (BOARD member) b) total focus on team and results - failure not an option

3- Achieve promotion, remain in PL, invest in players. Don't divert focus to non football issues. Commercial success will only come on a foundation of club unity and footballer success...Product is the Football First

To summarise we need:

- Defensive Strategy in 2014-15 to prevent relegation (defend our position, not play defensively)
- Offensive Strategy in 2015-16 - get promotion and seek the Golden Prize of PL TV money for 2016-17 season!
