Phil Brown would be my choice, managed at the highest level, he's not to proud to drop down divisions in order to resurrect his career and is now currently doing a good job at Southend, possibly getting them promoted this season. Gets his teams playing decent football. Always comes across as a decent guy and knowledgeable on the radio.

You have to be a big character to manage us. For our size we always get disproportionate media coverage and you must like that or at least be good at it.
