Standing section in the stadium next season?

I know its suppose to be getting putting forward to the club from the trust but still even if it does not come to fruit how about anyone who is currently scattered about the stadium who wants to get behind the team and create an atmosphere for the games all move to a certain area of the ground, closer to the away end the better imo. I'm sick to death of the happy clapping & sit down moaners where I normally sit.
Everyone's moaning about how shit it is so lets do something about it I say.

Its Like the whole grounds sleeping. Near the away end would be better or swap the canton with the family stand.

Assuming that the Family Stand season ticket holders were agreeable to switch to The Canton realistically what are the chances of this happening? I think this would instantly improve the atmosphere and provided everyone just stood and sang support for the team what's the problem?
