My View/Opinion
' EVEN THE 45 MINUTE SHOW IS OVER & WE WERE LUCKY TO GET 45 SECONDS OF FOOTBALL '
Peltier was even apologising to us in the Ninian Stand at the final whistle
There is at least this, were playing in Blue and remember were in a period of transition,so Russell tells us.
Our lowest home crowd of the season, which was actually about 13,000
City fans were even mocking the team
Cardiff City 0 Brighton 0
Crowd 19,206
Cardiff City : Marshall, Peltier, Malone, Ecuele Manga, Morrison, Whittingham, Gunnarsson, O’Keefe, McAleny, Noone, Jones.
subs: Moore, Fabio, Connolly, Adeyemi, Harris, Doyle, Revell.
Both clubs had,had a struggling season so far,Cardiff with only 1 win in their last 10 League outings,Brighton, had lost their last 4 games on the trot including to the worse club in the Championship Blackpool, many felt this was a must win game for Cardiff.
I'm going to sum tonights game up in a few lines.
Clueless Cardiff made Woeful Brighton look worthy of an away point in a less than half empty Cardiff Stadium
Why not start Doyle?
It took us 83 minutes to have a proper shot on goal
Half-time and full-time loudest boos for years were heard around the ground
Gunnarson and Whttingham were awful tonight, but so were plenty of others guilty of going missing.
My honest opinion, were not good enough for the top half of the 3rd division, never mind the Championship.
Millwall won tonight and City are now becoming involved in a relegation battle.
Man of the match Manga
Russell Slade has to now be honest and take the blame, for this awful football and 1 win from our last 11 League games
Next up,Blackburn home next Tuesday night

Where does Slade go on from here?
Tue Feb 10, 2015 10:32 pm
Slade has got to go while we still have a chance of keeping our place in this league, the longer he's in charge the worse we are getting, I can only see one outcome with this idiot in charge, relegation.

Rydo, far away from Cardiff as possible

Slade OUT
Tue Feb 10, 2015 10:34 pm
What a woeful performance. Something has to change before it is too late!
Tue Feb 10, 2015 10:35 pm
Its just not working ,sack slade and get Neil Warnock in
Tue Feb 10, 2015 10:35 pm
This is the worst football that we've been dished up consistently since the days of Russell Osman and Kenny Hibbit; it's clueless, passionless shite.

Norms, 100% he has to go,I honestly now feel he could now get us relegated.
Tue Feb 10, 2015 10:36 pm
It's not good Annis.
We're going to be relegated at this rate, and we both know we can't afford to be relegated financially.
Tue Feb 10, 2015 10:38 pm
It really was beyond awful. I just don't see any pattern or style of play. And it's like this almost every game. I really fear for us staying up.

I can see us losing to Blackburn and I would say that will be Slade gone on Wednesday morning

Rumour is that, the board are already lining up candidates

Annis it's nailed on if Tan decides to stick with him. He's got to go now while we still have a... I was going to say fighting chance but there's no fight in us at the moment, we are getting rolled over every week.
Tue Feb 10, 2015 10:39 pm
Absolute garbage that's all I will say on tonight's game, if slades still in a job after next Tuesday I'll be amazed

I don't like chopping and changing managers but we could go down by doing nothing

I honestly don't think we'd be anywhere near this position if OGS was still in charge. At least we tried to play football back then.

He is perfect for Cardiff, great at improving and then winning promotion for big Championship clubs

Well you support him perhaps you should tell us?
Tue Feb 10, 2015 10:54 pm
There will be plenty of waffle from Slade again but even he can't get away from the fact we are playing very badly. The trouble is there does not seem to be anything Slade and his coaching staff can do about it. They are way out of their depth; even after the transfer window.
Tue Feb 10, 2015 10:54 pm
We desperately need to change from these unlucky blue shirts, it's getting worse the longer we wear them. Forget Warnock another dinosaur, get Warburton a man for the future.

Wez, although you are dead right, sadly Warnock or any other good manager would never work under Tan.
Tue Feb 10, 2015 10:56 pm
We were completely clueless tonight. The players didn't look like they had any clue what they were supposed to be doing. No game plan, no tactical awareness. Slade and the coaching staff must take responsibility for that. Slade has to go NOW or we will be relegated. Why are we persisting with Whittingham and Gunnarsson? It's time to rest them and use Ralls and Adeymi.
I can't see us getting anything from Blackburn at home, we just don't know how to win and attack with confidence. How many back passes were there tonight? Shows that Slade has no tactical awareness at all. Slade/ Young do the decent thing, save what's left of your managerial career and go away from Cardiff.

We can still be competitive while we are in transition though , we are being completely outplayed everygame(Brighton were terrible also tonight) we are playing like an away side sitting to deep , there is nothing on the pitch where I can see what Slade is trying to do there is no leadership no direction , Slade has to go now
Tue Feb 10, 2015 10:57 pm
With us probably getting two, possibly three points from our next four games, we are going to be in big trouble pretty soon. I wasn't optimistic about Slade's signings, although to be fair they need a few games to gel, but even if they are any good they will not be able to show us what they have because of Slade's style of football. Has been out of his depth since the day he arrived here, and we could soon be in a position where he will take us into a division where his way of playing will be better suited. We are getting to the position where relegation could soon be a reality.

I know Dalman wants Slade gone, hopefully Dalman can advice Tan, other wise we really will be in trouble.

Unless Mr Slade leaves fast we will get relegated. No shape, confidence or desire from this group of players.
Clueless management decisions.
Get Mr Warnock in now before its to late.
This sorry lot is going down!
