It might get worse before it gets better

Under Slade we need to appreciate it might get worse, considerably worse, before it gets better. However, I still think he should be completely backed because changing managers every few months is not only damaging to the team and any style of play we try to develop, whatever that may be, but it also shows instability at the club and before you know it, no well known manager would want to come here at all.

The wounds at Cardiff City are deep. It will take time to complete the long road to recovery both on and off the pitch now. Life would be a lot easier if things just sorted themselves out overnight but that is rarely the case, especially where Cardiff City FC is concerned. We need to give Slade and the team our full backing even if results don't go our way because if you're not prepared to dig deep and battle, you're not going to come out a victor in any war!!!

If you do think Slade is not up to the job take that passion and energy and use it to make the CCS a hostile place for any team that enters the stadium.

The Bluebird might fall before it flies again but have faith that one day it will fly at great heights again!!!
