This is what is said about him on wikipedia :laughing6: "Leicester ended the season as champions. His time in the Premiership was less than successful as his team were constantly exposed as being pretty rubbish, these exposures seemed to get on top off and he took to swearing at supporters and occasionally trying to throttle opposing players, in an attempt to gain points. Eventually his psychotic Jekyll&Hyde behaviour, resulted in him getting the sack but only the arrival of Jesus is likely to save Leicester from going straight back down".

Leicester City have dismissed reports that they have sacked Nigel Pearson as manager and stated that he will be in charge for Tuesday night’s trip to play Arsenal.

Despite several sources confirming to the Guardian that the 51-year-old had left his post after a meeting with the club’s owners on Sunday, the club issued a statement denying that any decision had been taken.

“Leicester City Football Club would like to clarify its position relative to its manager, Nigel Pearson,” read the statement.

“Contrary to media speculation on Sunday evening, Nigel remains the Club’s First Team Manager. Reports to the contrary are inaccurate and without foundation.

“Nigel, his staff and the first team squad are entirely focused on Tuesday night’s trip to Arsenal and our continued efforts to secure our position in the Barclays Premier League.”

Met Nigel Pearson a few times.

He's actually one of the decent people in football, what you see on TV and in the media isn't the full image.

Hope he's given next season with Leicester, whatever league they're in :thumbright:
