UNBELIEVABLE - worst midfielders again keep their places!

Sat Feb 07, 2015 2:34 pm

It must be written in their contracts they play and are guaranteed appearance monies - Gunnarsson and Whittingham playing in our team these days is a disgrace!

All other areas of the pictch have seen players go, players come in but these two over paid and 'been here too long' favouirites are still getting picked! :old:

Tbh our stating line up looks decent whittingham and gunners don't become bad players over night I can see them having a strong game today and if they boss the midfield and we win u along with others will not moan about them 4-3-3 maybe just suits them

No one should be surprised by this
Slade will not drop these two players for reasons best known to him

People saying 433 it looks like 442 to me... Doyle and jones up top, Whitts out wide... :bluescarf:

I'm pretty bored with posting this but, despite his recent poor form, Whitts has assisted over half our goals this season. Who else possesses such a great long shot and also long range pass? Now we've got Doyle he might even have a player to pick out! I do agree about Gunnars who needs a rest.

Its more than unbelievable, its a disgrace and unfair on other players. Ive had a gutsful hearing this constant myth about Whittingham and his "assists" being spouted. However, for the record, I would pick Gunnar, but with a stronger midfield set up.

They have not been brilliant but deserve some credit. I do think ademyi deserves a shot. But 1-0 up lets see what changes he makes 2nd half :bluescarf:
