My thoughts ahead of today

Sat Feb 07, 2015 10:19 am

On my way up now on the train :thumbright:

For me, Eoin Doyle has to start. He is on such a great goalscoring run. He's earned his chance at this level, and lets hope he opens his Cardiff City account today :ayatollah:

Would like the two players from Everton involved as well. Can see McAleny coming on in the second half for a different sort of approach.

It won't be easy today, Sheffield Wednesday will feel they have an outside chance of the play-offs so it's a big game for them as well.

I fear if we lose today then the pressure will be huge on Tuesday.

My heart says 1-0 to us, but my head has to go for a 3-1 home win.

If we're loud today, then hopefully our team will repay us with three points :thumbright:

See you all up there :bluescarf: :ayatollah: :bluescarf:

Tend to agree with this mate. Throw Doyle straight in while he's in top form & his confidence is high.
I also think our top goalscorer should start but then it becomes a 4-4-2 which isn't working.
Be interesting to see how Slade plays it with his promise of a change of style in his football!!!

Ned, We'dnesday have not won in their last 3 outings, City need to get at least a draw here, if they can't do that, then for me there is not much hope for the rest of the season. They are nothing special.

Doyle to start for me as well :thumbright:

Agree :thumbright:

I would start either Doyle or Jones but not both - our midfield can't cope.

I really fancy Cardiff to get a win today :)

Just put a double bet on Cardiff win half time/full time at 6.5 - c'mon the bloobirds you've cost me enough this season time to come good :bluescarf:
