Slade is standing up for himself

Hearing rumours that Russell Slade is standing up for himself and wants Scott Young replaced as his assistant by bringing his own man in.

Also been told the under 21s manager has been sacked even though the under 21's are doing well.

If true then good on Slade.

Hope he does get to choose his own coaching staff, if the club wants to persevere with him as Manager its about time to back his own choice of staff around him ie Nugent or anyone else of Slade's choosing. BLUEBIRDS

Well he needs to as he dont have many fans backing him
imo he should be backed now until the end of the season

we cant really judge his new signings on a couple of games ffs

I thinks it's a fair request to have your own staff, if he is judged on results he should be allowed to bring in who he likes within reason.

Almost every Manager wants a say in his back room staff they are an important part of any club.

I still don't think he is good enough and just hope Nugent or whoever, is better and can help him like Burton did with DJ.
