The club deserve some credit for a change

Be it the man at the top or Dalman, I personally think that the club deserve some credit the last few weeks. Granted I don't believe we have the right man in charge, but I personally think that the clear out and additions have been a massive positive and not how it was vilified only a few weeks ago. Asset stripping was constantly posted, crap average players. Sorry I don't see it like that, what's happened needed to happen and quickly. No doubt some will be average but we have brought some young hungry players in that I imagine are on reasonable wages, who I hope will fight and play for the shirt.

While the signing of Doyle was not a statement, and with the mass exodus that did not happen it did at least dampen a few theories on here of asset stripping. Noone fee was rejected, and I think things are at least trying to be done correctly and more sensibly. Only time will tell, but I think it's a step in the direction and while it doesn't need to be applauded just yet it does at least need to be noted.

Let's get behind the boys here on in and encourage this young team, any negativity for Slade can wait as we need to all unite starting at Sheffield Wednesday. I will be there and in full voice. Get behind them, it's a very different team and maybe they will have a much better attitude. bluescarf:

They have definitely done the right thing. The gamble is now whether we can stay in this league with the players we have left. It is frustrating losing so many players with potential but at the end of the day, they didnt perform for us to any decent standard so will they be really missed? Time will tell.
